A short, fair policy.
Beauty is personal, and a formula that does not suit you should not be a loss. Here is what we can and cannot take back.
What can be returned
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Sealed fragrance, skincare and makeup qualify. If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it at our cost.
What cannot
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened or used cosmetics, skincare or fragrance, unless the product is faulty. Products without their seal or packaging cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm whether it qualifies and arrange a pickup where possible. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of the item reaching us. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by bKash or bank transfer.
Faulty products
If a product is faulty, expired or not what you ordered, contact us before using it. We will cover return delivery and replace or refund it in full.
