Terms
The ground rules.
These are the terms that apply when you shop with us. They are written to be read, not to hide behind.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment or delivery details are accepted. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you and refund or substitute only with your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is shown separately at checkout. Cash on delivery is available nationwide; online payment methods are introduced as they become available.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within one working day. Courier delays are outside our control, but we will help chase them. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Returns are governed by our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
Content and liability
Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are not medical advice. Patch-test new products and stop use if irritation occurs. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, except where the law says otherwise.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to our customer care email. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
