Delivery
From our hands to yours.
Packed by hand, dispatched within one working day, and paid for when it arrives. Here is exactly how delivery works.
Where we deliver
We deliver everywhere in Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka usually arrives in 1–2 working days; outside Dhaka in 3–5 working days. Remote areas can take an extra day depending on the courier.
Charges
The delivery charge is calculated from your address and shown at checkout before you place the order. Orders over ৳2,000 inside Dhaka are delivered free. There are no hidden fees and no card surcharge.
Cash on delivery
Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. If you cannot receive the parcel, tell us before dispatch so we can hold or redirect it.
Tracking
You will receive an SMS with the courier's tracking details once the parcel leaves us. You can also see the status of every order under My account → Orders.
Packaging
Orders ship in recyclable paper and board, with glass and liquids wrapped separately. If you are sending a gift, tell us in the order notes and we will leave the price out.
